So wurde aus den Resten eine ganz passable Spaghettisauce, die sehr schnell herzustellen ist.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">250 gr. Jagdwurst<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">1 Gem\u00fcsezwiebel<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">8 Cherrytomaten<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">2 Gew\u00fcrzgurken<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">2 EL Tomatenmark <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">200 ml Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">3 EL Oliven\u00f6l<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00bd TL Oregano<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Pfeffer<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Salz<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Spaghetti<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Die Jagdwurst, die Gem\u00fcsezwiebel und die Gew\u00fcrzgurken in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden und im Oliven\u00f6l in einem Topf anbraten. Dann das Tomatenmark, die in Scheiben geschnittenen Cherrytomaten, die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche und die Gew\u00fcrze beif\u00fcgen. Alles bei geschlossenem Deckel und kleiner Flamme 20 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.
